Base Gym is the best thing that happened to me over a very difficult time in life. I was worried the programme would be challenging for a person like me – not an athlete. But you are guided through your programme by the fantastic coaches. The advice on nutrition, health habits and motivation was like I have never experienced before- superb!! Thank you so much for your training that makes me stronger, not just physically, but mentally too.
I’d been away from exercise for a period of time and in need of improving things for health reasons. I’ve always struggled in the past to exercise on my own and was a bit lost on what to do so I signed up for the Base Gym challenge and found it to be absolutely brilliant. Committing to 3 workouts a week gave me a structure to follow. The nutrition advice was also really helpful. In 7 weeks I lost over a stone.
This is so much more than an exercise programme.
The Base Gym programme is fantastic. As a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist I’d recommend this to anyone looking to follow a science-based plan (don’t worry – the coaches have done the science!), build/maintain strength and improve how you move. I’ve also met some great people within the Base Gym community – awesome!
