I’m now into week 6 of Base training. I must say the programme is superb! It’s well structured, progressive and very creative using my equipment and space. I can see my body changing, I feel stronger and I really like they way I look! I know I’m in good hands! Thank you guys!
I’ve been following this programme for the past 6 weeks and it’s been fantastic. As a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist I’d recommend this to anyone looking to follow a science-based plan (don’t worry – the coaches have done the science!), build/maintain strength (with limited kit & space) and improve how you move. I’ve also met some great people in the Base Gym on-line community – awesome!
