The course is guided by Coach Maggie, a nutrition expert and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach. You’ll receive a weekly seminar via Zoom, with Q&A, guided nutrition advice and habits to implement each week, accountability check-ins and continued support through your private Facebook community.

WHEN DOES IT START?
The programme officially begins on Friday 7th January 2022, but you’ll receive access to the Facebook community group as soon as you purchase this course. You’ll receive the first week of your accountability tasks a few days before the course begins, and a weekly seminar, advice and accountability check-ins each week thereafter.
WHAT DO I NEED?
For your own accountability you may want to invest in a set of bathroom scales. If you don’t have a set, not to worry, there are other ways to stay accountable to yourself, including taking before/after pictures, tracking your waist, arm leg circumference measurements, or simply observing how your clothes fit!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
This is a 6 week course aimed at getting you feeling and looking better by guiding your through the foundations of good nutrition habits that will lead you to long-term sustained results, whatever your goal.
